The apartment is accessed through a private entrance and it upstairs on the first and second floor.
Inside the apartment you will have access to free Wi-Fi, a smart TV in the lounge and master bedroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and cookware.
The good size bathroom has a shower over the bath, with toilet and sink.
Both the double bedrooms are upstairs, one has an en-suite loo.

The master and 2nd bedrooms are both large double bedrooms. The master has a smart TV and lots of wardrobe space.
The second bedroom has drawers, hanging space, dressing table and an en-suite toilet.
In the lounge we have two a quality pull out sofa bed, plenty big enough for 2 people on each bed.
You will be provided with bedding and towels.

To welcome you an initial supply of tea, sugar, coffee, biscuits and sweets.
You'll also find tea towels, cloths, washing machine pods, washing up liquid, clingfilm, foil, salt, pepper and olive oil in the kitchen.
In the bathrooms toilet rolls and toiletries.
housekeeping
Each guest will be provided with one hand and one bath towel. Also, in both the bathroom you will find an additional hand towel and bath mat.
Freshly laundered bed linen is provided with 2 bouncy pillows per guest.
Included for longer stays, weekly housekeeping service is included along with a fresh set of linen and towels.
Additional towels can be supplied at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance of your stay.
The kitchen has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a clothes airer perfect for drying should you need to launder any clothes

Situated in a lovely location, Lord St is in the Boughton area of Chester, perfect for visiting Chester city centre and surrounding areas. This beautiful 2 bedroom holiday let apartment is just a15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the city. There are also restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops nearby.
Should you wish to explore further afield, Liverpool is just half hour or so drive or 40 minutes on the train and the beautiful Welsh countryside on your doorstep.
Maybe book and visit the world famous Chester Zoo, just 10 minutes drive across town or watch a show at the Storyhouse. There's plenty to see and do in and around the area.
