The largest of the studio apartments, studio 7 is modern with tasteful high quality decor.
The room has a double bed, sofa, large dining table, 40" lcd TV, kitchenette with oven, microwave, hob, fridge. Linen, towels, hairdryer, and shower gel provided.
En-suite shower room.
We do have a coin operated washing machine and dryer on site. They are located in the laundry room on the ground floor.
Check in is 2pm, check out 11am. Parking is available for an additional £10 but spaces are limited so reservation is needed.

City centre location right next to the historic City Walls and River Dee.
Beautiful decor, double bed, dining table, lcd TV, kitchenette with oven, microwave, hob, fridge. Linen, towels, hairdryer, and shower gel provided. Bright airy room with a large bay window.
Teas, coffee, milk and welcome biscuits and bottled water are provided together with an extensive range of pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

Double bed which folds up in to the wall to create a sofa below. There's also a bistro table and stools.

Domus House is a period building situated right next to the City Walls overlooking the River Dee. The studio rooms, even though in the city, are quiet.
Previously an office building it was sympathetically renovated in 2015. Domus House is the perfect alternative to a hotel room. Ideal for couples, solo travellers and those working away on business. Rooms are fully stocked with cooking utensils and have oven, hob, microwave and fridge, decorated and furnished to a high standard with soft comfortable designer bedding and plenty of home comforts. Inside the studio apartment you will have access to free Wi-Fi, a smart TV.
The property also boasts a laundry room and well lit communal areas providing access to each of the studio apartments.
